Best Laid Plans

A movie I watched this afternoon starring Josh Brolin, Alessandro Nivola and Reese Witherspoon.

This movie "Best laid Plans", is about a guy, name Bryce who wants to get out of his troubled life. His girlfriend, Lissa, helped him with his situation and his successful friend, Nick, who almost made make it possible.

When Bryce returns to his tiny hometown of Tropico, NV, he finds pal Nick who is still living an unhappy life. One night as they were hagning out in a bar, they mets a beautiful blonde and Bryce eventually takes her back to his house. When the girl, Lissa, reveals that she's under age and threatens to turn Bryce in for statutory rape, he panics, ties her up in the basement, and puts in an anguished call to Nick.

Rendition The Movie

Me and my daughter, Kelly, watched the movie "Rendition", while we were waiting for hubby and my other daughter.

The movie is about a Middle East CIA operative who begins to have doubts about his latest assignment after witnessing the interrogation of a suspected suicide bomber by secret police.

When Anwar El-Ibrahimi, who is an Egyptian-born chemical engineer, mysteriously vanishes on a routine flight from South Africa to Washington, his wife, Isabella (Reese Witherspoon), started to search for her missing husband.

Exorcismus The Movie

Me and my daughter, Kimberly, watche the movie Exorcismus. The story revolves around the 15-year-old girl,Emma Hawkins, who falls under the supernatural attack. When she starts to suffer from involuntary fits, her parents thought that she has a serious medical problem.

The teenager began to undergo a series of rigorous physical and psychological tests, which soon becomes obvious that something horrible is stirring on Emma's soul. Since there is no doctor can cure Emma's problem, her parents turn to a healer with the power of God on their side.

Jakob Is A Liar

Another movie by Robin William again, that I watched last weekend. "Jakob is a Liar" starring Robin Williams, Hannah Taylor-Gordon and Éva Igó. It's about a Jewish shop keeper named Jakob who was summoned to ghetto headquarters after being caught out near curfew. While he was waiting for the German Kommondant, Jakob heard the German radio broadcast about Russian troop movements.

When he returned to the ghetto, Jakob shares the news with a friend and this is where the rumors started about Jakob's secret radio within the ghetto.

Jakob continue to spread hopes throughout the ghetto by telling favorable tales of information from his so called "secret radio."

The Final Cut The Movie

I watched this movie "The Final Cut" starring Robin Williams, James Caviezel and Mira Sorvino. The movie is about the a world with memory implants. Robin Williams plays a cutter who have the power of final edit over people's recorded histories. His latest assignment is one that puts him in danger.

It entertain me in the sense that it made me think the possibilities of having this kind of technology in real life. Maybe there is really something like this somewhere out there. And I really think the people who do this or who will do this crazy thing are totally INSANE!!

Netflix is Good If Not With Rogers

Is Netflix good? I really think so. I am enjoying my Netflix membership as I can watch a lot of movies during my weekend off. There are many movie choices to choose from and all are very interesting.

However, Rogers ruined it on some part because of the limited GB there privide for their internet customers. Rogers is very greedy and I wish the government of Canada will do something about it.
